So I was wondering If on the d series if when you turbo. Do you have to change sleeves and crankshaft? Any help would be appreciated.

I was looking to do anywhere from 10-15 psi? Didn't know if I have to change crankshaft and sleeves for such high boost

The crank will handle that. Sleeves should be ok.

It doesn't have much to do with psi it's how much power you want, stock block d16y motors can handle 200-240hp at the wheels. No need to change anything besides injectors and fuel pump to get to that level. Right now my y8 is putting down 222whp and 179tq with only larger injectors. If you want more power than that next step would be to invest in forged rods and pistons which will take you up to about 450whp, above that point your looking at sleeving the block

So here is a list of stuff I already have
T3/t4 journal bearing turbo turbonetics
All the piping bov and waste gate
eagle rods forged pistons
arp head studs
Brian crower stage 2 turbo cam...
Brian crower valves, valve springs, and retainers
Need injectors any advice on what brand? Wanna make 300 hp so most likely have to resleeve it ?

Not to turn this into a FS thread, but I have perfect injectors for what you need. They're Injector Dynamics, and were recommended to me from my tuner. I'll shoot you a PM in regards to that.

Also don't forget the most important part of the turbo system.... the tune. What are your plans for that?

You'll probably want a larger fuel pump as well, but those run pretty cheap. I'd recommend a Walbro 255
