stick with na, with your mods you should getting some better times
you on street tires, whats your suspension set up
its not all about making power, turbo would just make you have less traction if your running what you are

what cams what fuel you got now to go with this compression
header? exhaust

a few small things could be holding oyu back

and no dont boost on your comp

and CTRs arent 12.1, it just depends on what set up you throw them in....

i thought u said in a previous thread that ur car runs 14.5? anyway, there is a guy up here w/ a 00 ITR-t and he's throwin down 422hp w/ stock internals. not sure what size snail or how many lbs of boost he's running but it has to be around 15 to 18psi to throw down those kind of #'s . this is what i believe is proof that it's all in the tune. so far his best 1/4 mile time has been 12.7 on street tires (high altitude). personally if i had a type r or a higher compression motor i would not turbo it. but i luv turbos

if u are serious about boosting ur motor i would research the tunners in your area and see what kind of cars they have built so far and go from there. without the proper tunning u put ur motor at risk. u should be able to find a lot of info on the net too.
