turboxs rfl any good?

i know everyone talks about the damn BOV all the time.but i was just wandering if anyone has any negative or positive feedback on the turboXS RFL blow off.im kind of skeptical cause when it comes to my car and turbo parts i like to get everything from japan and i know these are made in the US,plus the thing is so damn big.Why is it so huge compared to others?just curious.thanks.

very good blow off valve...its quality made and is able to handle high boost applications...i will be using it on my setup...ive seen many cars using them included my friends WRX who is running 16lbs of boost and it works great...the downside is the REALLY f**king LOUD part but i think it sounds better then most out there...

well made but annoyingly loud by day 3. TurboXS makes good parts though other things they make i wouldn't worry about

what about that turbosmart BOV?it looks like the RFL but the exit is double sided.that thing looks extremely loud.im thinking of swapping out my greddy type s for the RFL for something different.

the turbosmart is louder because of the dual trumpets..ive never really heard anything about it, they do make good wastegates tho...i would go for the RFL or the tial...

HKS SSQV always gets the job done. Alot of people tend to settle for the GReddy Type S as well.

yea lin is right, almost 75% of turbo'd hondas or any turbo car for that matter will opt for the greddy type s and the HKS SSQV, im really not a fan of the high pitched squeak..

Ive only had the HKS and im pretty happey with it. Its kinda loud, but Ive heard louder..............

HKS SSQV sounds great, like Lin said, lots tend to get the Type S.

i have type s and i couldn't be any happier with performance wise but for the sound I sometimes wish it were just a little louder but i'm prob going to go with turboxs for x-mas though

HKS bov is nice. it gives you the psssh sound, unlike some that gives you a whip sound. and with HKS only @ 6 psi, it turn heads.
