Turn signal problems. HELP PLEASE! :/

I have a 1996 Honda civic. I retro under the wires for my turn signals and they don't work. I changed the relay and they still don't work. My hazard lights still work but I have no idea on what else could be the problem. I don't see why it would be the switch I'm the steering column cus everything else on that switch works. Any suggestions?

Have you checked fuses and bulbs? Grounds?

+1. Check the fuse box in the drivers footwell and also the fuse box under the hood
