Working on buddies 96 civic cx hatch. Has a b18b swapped in by previous owner. We removed the security system that was in it and during this process I realized fuel pump is hard wired to the fuse block under the dash. When you turn the key to the on position it stays on. Would this hurt anything? Any long term damage? And also now we are gettig no spark. Haven't tested the dizzy yet to see I we have power but any other quick suggestions are appreciated.
