Two Metal Hook Underneath Driver Seat

As I was cleaning the carpet last saturday, i found these two strange looking metal hooks underneath the driver seat, laying on the end of the carpet.

Anyone know what are these for?

Seriously? For me it looks like more of a wire holder. Both of them has the same curves.

Those are stereo removal keys. One is an Alpine, the other looks like a Kenwood. Someone just bent the f**k out of them for no reason.

Thanks for the clarifications. It must have been left there when I had my car tint serviced.
