Some TX racers on Honda Tech helped plan this "Texas Shootout" since none of the other racing events are coming back to TX next year. Anyone from here going?

If anyone would like to help pass out flyers for this show, please email your name and mailing address to hybridentertainment78@yahoo.com They'll mail you flyers and give you a promoter number. Promoters are given $2 for every flyer that comes in with their number on it. If 200 of your flyers come in, you’ll get $400! Spectators bring in the flyer because of the $2 off coupon.

This could be a potentail meet that we are planning. We can have our I35 cruise during this time. we can stay there the weekend and head back up north after the car show.

Just spreading word from the IFO board...

Everyone, IFO will NOT be rained out if there is only light rain on the day of the show. If there is rain, all event activities will continue, but racing will stop until the drag strip is dry. If the event is rained out completely after gates have opened, all spectators and competitors will be given free entry into the event on the rainout date which is on Sunday, February 13th. Spectators and competitors will need to keep their entry pass in order to gain free entry into the event on the rescheduled date.

Remember, both NHRA and NDRA have given up on Texas, so try your best to come out and support this race. If all goes well, there will be more in the future. Who knows, NHRA or NDRA might even come back in 2006. For those concerned about the SB, everything will be done before kick off
