ngk, but i also use the cheapest one, you just have to space it correctly.

no need to run iridium plugs. Basically get the stock ngk plug with a step or 2 colder spark. Plug is $1.98 each then one step is 2.98 and two step is 3.98.

determines the heat range of the plug

cold steps do what they sound like, they run colder

under boosted setups, you wanna run colder plugs since the extra air and fuel in a turbo setup can possibly ignite early and cause detonation
