Well I'm gonna go out in a limb and assume ur talkin. About replica lips. Of the 2 I prefer mugen style and get pu aka pullyurithane otherwise it won't hold up if u ever scrape or hit anything. Fit ment price and quality depend on where u get them from. Make sure when u order one that they are not folded in the box. Otherwise it's a hassle to make them look right.
I do like that mugen one better thanks im gonna get that one polyU of course cant risk a broken one and im gonna ask sells on ebay about the shipping I know some lie so ill find out somthin on if its legit,thanks for the info any help is appreciated,im getting mine painted ebp in a week so im getting everything set up after this its my tires and suspension and engine work at the same time

What car you runnin to this present day
It's all in your opinion. I have a 99 DX Sedan as well and looked at all of the lips on Civics and I fell in love with the Mugen/Mugen replica! The 99 Type-R/SI replica lip doesn't blend in with the shape of the bumper as well as the mugen does

That's an odd combo even if it could fit.... straightforward answer: no.
I could be wrong here on the comparisons, so apologies in advanced.
Anywho; in my opinion, for 96-98 Civics, the type-r lip (white) looks best compared to the sir lip (red) and mugen/mugen replica (green).
on 99-00's I find it to be the opposite, with the mugen looking best (dark gray) compared to the SI/Type R (white)

just learn to drive and get an abs mugen replica lip..the PU lips rarely fit right because of how they are made, they'll usually hug the bumper too tight so that from a head on shot you'll see too much of your tires or cause an un-even look
