I think it's quite obvious that the Viper did not floor it off the line. I think he thought, "What a piece of s**t I am racing, I think I'll give it a chance." Then took off, catching up to the Type R in 0.001 seconds, but cut it too short.

yea, that viper only ran a 13.6. i've seen STOCK ls1 camaro's run times close to that...

either the viper had a problem or a bad driver.

That's a slow Viper. Yet that's the second fastest ITR I've seen, that's a slow Viper. Vipers run low 12s. It SHOULD have won.

nah, watching the video over and over, i gotta agree with scotty. the viper didnt floor it off the line. caught up to the gsr within a fraction of a second, and thought ah f**k it and stopped riding the gas. if you watcch it, the viper catches up and couldve taken the gsr when you hear the guy go, "oh s**t", but the viper let the gsr have it.

I dont get it......... I saw a GSR race a Viper.....not an ITR race a Viper.
btw im selling my car to get an '01 4door GSR...........dead serious

we saw a viper do low 11s at fontana, but it was taken out by a very stock looking supra and a lighting on slicks running 10s
