unauthorized business that posted an ad, then when i banned them they threatened to sue us.

heres what their ad was.. they wanted almost 30 grand for an eg.
me and justin were then sent this email
(URBN)/we are having trouble getting on the forms page.
We have recently bin sent some rather perverse messages.
We well look into the whole thing and if We come to find that a person from your staff or other has sent Us these messages, we well then hand it over to our attorneys to look for damages for our anguish and losses. As well, as seek to have your network and its members looked into for false interpretation of a legitimate business and public domain.
Now, if this is primarily due to a member of your site sending messages containing threats, vulgar, and lewd wording and, or with extremely improper content as a member.
We (URBN) do request that this member lose he's or her privileges effective immediately consequently sparing us, further agitations.
Also, through informing us of your proper actions/steps, which are in need to be taken by you: http://www.clubcivic.com/index.php rectifying this happing, with a pro-advanced out come, in our favor, and to our satisfaction. You well be circumventing more loses. We well then, consider the Holt of any, and all, further actions taken to insure our satisfaction and reinstatement of our personal post thread. And as to which we feel is with in all guide lines required, and published terms of date: NOV 8, 03 on your site.
If we feel you have not complied with, and resolved this mater quickly and properly.
We well pursue further actions and well seek resolution, restitutions for our anguish and all legal costs and fees associated with this resolve. Note a twenty four hour window is allotted for a reply to this entry letter.

it was funny.. in very parlimentary language i told em basically to go f**k themselves, they arent getting their ad back or thier membership.
Oh man I just read that email he sent you, thats garbage. That was probably the stupidest/gheyest thing Ive ever seen, I mean he put s**t like "us(URBN)" like he was a lawyer and all, but then didnt proofread... I reiterate my previous statement, what a tool.
