So, Today -- April 4, 2006, I decided to hop on the I-4 highway, and get to school in like 10 minutes. What happend was something unexpected. A 18 wheeler, cut me off and in my defensive driving skills to not get crushed by it I opted to change lanes, but as my luck has it, there was a freaking 18 wheeler TIRE just laying in the lane I decided to merge into. Well, I hit the tire going 60-65mph and was forced to either hit the tire or get f**ked by the truck or surrounding cars etc.

My front bumper, lip and passenger sideskirts are f**ked. Lip is is obliterated, and the front bumper is chipping/cracked in millions of places. Sideskirt is salvageable, and front bumper is too.

As some of you know, I got the car painted 2 weeks ago (see above link), It's going back into the shop as soon as I get another front lip. Back into the money pit.

Nah, the truck didn't lose the tire, he just cut me off, and in my response to not trying to get my car crushed by the 18wheeler, I merged into another lane that just supposedly had a f**king spare tire from another 18 wheeler laying in one of the lanes.

sucks man, yeah, but at least i'm str8 only my wrist is f**ked up a bit.

Wet sand from 800-2000 grit, buff with rubbing compound, then lay about 25-30 light coats.

Yeah, if you spray it on like you'd spread KY in a dry puxxy, you'll end up with a hot mess. It wont' come out as "clear" coated as oem lights do. Lighter coats > heavier coats concerning that.

Gotta be clean, i hated driving around with how it looked above. So I got it painted out of my own pocket. Hopefully the 'rents will help me out with it this time around.

Lights will be removed asap, in favor of diy gunmetal 96-98 heads.
