They are actually 15s. I had new tires for them so I opted for the 15s instead. Yeah the car is probably going to be in the classified forum very soon. Thanks for all the comments

Yeah I did 50 % on the windshield. I was going to do 35% but I dont feel like getting pulled over anymore then I have to. Thanks everyone for the comments
