alright i have a zc dohc 1.6....and im lookin to sooner or later boost it...now im only wanting to run...around 7 psi....am i going to need to upgrade pistons and rods or anything?

you'll be good using stock internals at 7psi unless you're running a big phuckin turbo, and as long as you've got a good tune (i recommend turbo-edit). what setup are you thinking about?
this is everything im think of getting:
T3 turbo
dsm 450 cc injectors
HF manifold
Blow off valve
Intercooler(not sure what kind yet prolly ebay one)
HF Manifold
Boost Gauge
and some other crap im sure
o and what is this turbo-edit im always hearing of? what do i do? where do i get it? what does it do? just give some info on it please

umm...one word confusing....lol i dont get this stuff not much of a ecu guy...does it cost any money to do this?
all you need to buy is a socketing kit ($20), and a chip burner ($50-75 on ebay). you can download all the software and tunes for free.

might wanna rebuild... that High in milage plus more air sucking in and more gas sparking...yeah prolly not good for the pistons...I would say pistons and cam shaft? but Im not sure...find out about rebuilding and then go from there

chaos, your car has a zc swap. that's not the motor that came in the car, so it prolly doesn't have near the miles the odometer reads.
