v-tec upgrade for D15Ba2?

ok i a D15BA2 in my 90 dx sedan i was told that i can "upgrade" it by taking the old head off and replacing it with a D16 vtec head is this true/a good idea if so what model had a D16 vtec in it so i can go out and get i was also told i have to get oil lines ran how do i do that?

its called a MINI ME. but you will have to convert to MPFI first.
