Seeing a lot of pics from peeps cars and they seem to have the climate control mounted vertically. How is that done? Is that an aftermarket part or just a DYI?
99-00 Civics came that way.. 96-98 had the pushbuttons along the bottom. The swap entails changing the bezel, control panel, brackets, heater/ac box, and additional wiring. I wanted to do the conversion, but isnt worth the trouble, IMO
Shitty deal. that would've opened up a lot of room for other stuff i'd like to add to the console area. Maybe i can just take the existing one and jury rig it to mount sideways?

If you dont wanna use any of your console functions (AC, heater, hazard, defroster) then you can ghetto rig a 99-00 bezel to it, it just wont have any functionality!
