finally got her done, put a double din 7.5 wide up where the stock radio location is, and relocated the radio down below where the 96-98 cd player goes, installed my dvd player underneath the driver seat, i'll post some pics tommorow, i got the pyle double din monitor, and its surprisingly good quality (no pioneer though) but hey for 300 bucks for a dvd player and indash monitor thats pretty good.

personally I would suggest ditching the pyle dvd player and investing in a solid single din stand alone head unit with dvd. Alpine and Pioneer have excellent (but expensive) units.

dvd player came free w/ the unit thats the only reason thats there, i didnt' want to spend 800+ and surprisingly the screen is pretty nice, it fits pretty nice, i still have to put in the beauty ring that goes around the upper piece, who knows how long i'll even keep it in, not to mention it didn't add any speed to my car so thats why i dont' care to much about it, my son likes it so its cool

no i didn't have to do any mods to the dash piece, the double din will fit in there w/ 2 screws through the bracket on the dash piece, all you'll have to do is make a beauty ring to close off the gap, all in all pretty easykrayziejcs said:
