so street racing at NIGHT is better, and there was only 1 other car besides the 2 racing that i saw.

He's just stating that street racing is dangerous, period. Even though no other vehicles are around, you or your friend could've gotten hurt or killed.

yea i consider racing at night safer
if u pick a well lit dual lane road with barriers in the mid section etc
you can see cars coming easier you know there are less people on the roads...
less children in cars etc

and that 1 other car you saw could have been driven by a mother with her 3 kids coming back from school.. you saw how the chump drives.. he cant even hit gears properly whos to say he can control a tire blow out at speed and stop himself smashing into the innocent road user...
