Can someone direct me to either a site to decipher my VIN or tell me how to do it? Also is there any difference between the 2003 Civic EX built in Japan vs USA vs Canada?

Thanks!

If you look on your sticker that came w/ the car you see where it was built. The car should've been built in America and the engine in Japan. If you have a Canadan spec you can read the differences inside you owners manual.

Um, according to my factory info for my 2003 civic si, it was made in England. I'll fill in a few blanks for your vin deciphering.

Do VIN numbers stay the same if you put a different engine into your car?
