What are some benefits to building a custom turbo setup using a volvo t3 turbo such as this one:

its cheaper, no preset limits, etc

i wouldnt pay that much for that turbo tho...

well pretty much what im trying to find out is would it be a good turbo choice for a whp goal of around 300

i doubt it, i dont think that turbo would make it to 300hp. its not a bad turbo at all. but for a cheap 300ish hp capable turbo, i'd look for a super 60 from a ford t-bird/mercury cougar
