What mods u got? Id say if u got a coupple of good mods go ahead and get 1, read the product description to see the features, i recomend the Apex-i vfac2

what do you mean? the vtec controler? it works with just about any honda vtec engine. its got a whole list of which ones it works with. check the apex website...

its just pointless to use it on a bone stock engine. if you got some s**t done you can hook it up and play with it a little to see if it helps. go with a good one like the apexi,dont go with a 10 dollar ebay special.

The Vtec Controller is not a total bad idea. All it does it hack your ECU. Its pointless if you dont have anymods. Alot of people say leave your Vtec where it is cuz its that way for a reason, but sometimes you can find hidden power with movement of the Vtec engagement point. the only thing is tho, are you gonna go boost in the furture?? if so dont waste your time. it will advance the hell out of your timiing and cause detenation(sp?). so its really up to you. i got my Apex-i VAFC-l for $150 used.

Like everyone says here if its got mods then it might be worth getting a vtec controller... one ova my friends has one in his EG Civic, B16 with Cold Air Intake, Headers, Full Exhaust, Remapped ECU.

His not really notice any difference in power, but he can adjust when the VTEC kicks in which is cool... I wanted to get one but he recommend me to leave the VTEC to kick in where it is. My opinion is spend your money else...
