what vtec controllers suck and which ones are alright? this dude wants to sell me a apexi vtec controller for like 100 bucks but i wanted a little feedback from some of you guys cause i have no idea.

From what I hear its not gonna do anything unless you have some decent mods. And even then you should have it dyno tuned.

my setup will have some nice mods so should i not get one and just get it tuned? so are vtec controllers useless then?

from apexi i like the VAFC1.. number 2 is pretty much the same but a little harder to use..

also like any other proformance chip/controler its best to be tuned

I have VAFC II and I like it... If you have it tuned right it can help a little, plus you can set your VTEC a little lower...
