i dont get it, i can see something is moving under the lobes to open the valves more but what the hell is it, and whats controlling it?

that was confusing to me

the vtec solenoid moves it.
and i can't really say what exactly it is called. a lifter, perhaps?

o, ok mostly i was confused because i couldnt get a good look at the little yellow peice sliding around, but its making more sense

lol dont mind me, i was just gettin frustrated at the GT5 video cause it would play......buffer...play 1 second buffer buffer play buffer buffer buffer... yeah you get the idea. it just gets very annoying

you should've used the "quality" links a bit below the video to adjust it for your bandwidth.
