wastegate question...

i have a 35mm wastegate that i got from a guy i use to work with a long time ago. but i dont know what size spring is in it....how can i figure that out?

what brand WG? if its a Tial, you can open it up and look at the color of the spring. then go on Tial's website and compare.

if its a knockoff, color doesnt matter. they are all different. hooking up a vac/pres tester is going to be your best bet

its a knock off (xs power) but it was free so i cant complain. im pretty sure its like 7.5, but im not 100% sure

get a boost gauge and you will find out fast :twisted:

you best bet is to change the spring just to be safe. im pretty sure xs power and tial springs are interchangable

is it a 2 bolt? if so i might be willing to take it off your hands if you dont want it.
