Where did you run the wires? Were any gaskets removed? Where exactly is water gathering? Have you attempted to follow any drip paths? Please provide further details.

Ill teach you a trick you can try. First go into the trunk and find the air vent and cover it with a plastic shopping bag. Second roll up all the windows and turn on your a/c to full blast with the outside air mode (not recirc) wait 2-3 min and the car will pressurize. Then from the outside of the car, spray soapy water (from a spray bottle) around the area you think is leaking and look for bubbles. Keep in mind it's normal to find bubbles around the door windows and locks. Look in places where gravity would take the water.

i don't have a/c so would this work with the blower on high?

Yes. All the blower will be doing is forcing outside air into the car. Since you blocked it's escape in the trunk, the air will find other places to exit from.

Canadian model Si? If you have a sunroof, you need to clean out the sunroof drain tubes. when they get clogged at the ends, the water backs up into the car and overflows the sunroof pan and then finds a path down from there.

yup there is a sunroof and i tested just hosing the windshield area and water starting leaking in. didn't spray the sunroof so I think the rain gutter/drain tubes are clear.
