Water leak in passenger side under dash - common?

Hi all,

Under the dash on the passenger side (left side in Australia), when it rains there is a water leak coming out from where the ECU code plug area is, obviously there is a seal or something that has come loose. Any idea where the leak is occuring? The lower windscreen plastic cover (under the wiper blades) is lifting a few millimeters from the glass, causing leaves to jam in there, would this be the cause?

Is this known to be a common problem with the 92-95 Civics? I guess if it happens to a left hand drive car it would happen on the right passenger side.

Have you ever replace your windshield? I had my windshield replace about 2 years ago. That window company did a shitty job. Now when it rains or if I'm washing my car there's always water dripping down by the ecu and the driver side kick panel. I did some checking and water is diffently drippin throw the windshield seal.

No I have not had the Windshield replaced, somehow it just came loose - possibly to hot weather? I'll look into replacing the plastic cover or applying silicon into the gap.
