weird idle on start ups please help!!!!

Hi there

I have a annoying problem with my ej8.. everytime. I start my car it idles up to 1500 and slowly creeps down, this happens on every start up no matter what.. warm hot cold WHATEVER! its freaking bugging me any info would help lots! It's a 98 civic ex with a d16z6 swap if that helps.

Sometimes it stays on on1k some times its a little lower... I got the check engine light scanned 2 codes popped up..
P1298 electric load detector (ELD) circuit high input.
P0135 A/F sensor 1 heater malfunction.

Any ideas how to fix those???
