Weird Passenger Window Issues

I recently Purchased a 99 EX Coupe, and have a strange problem, the passenger side switch will not roll down the passenger window. The drivers side switch for it, will roll it down, but not unless the child lock switch is on. If its off, it won't do anything.

Other issue, my drivers side power mirror doesn't work, not sure if related.

Post a picture of your main window switch (child lock switch) toggled to the OFF position.

Ohm test the window switch in the passenger's door.

Check whether the power mirror is simply unplugged.

alright ill try hooking ohm meter an test the switches, ive removed door panel on passenger side, everything is hooked up an stuff including mirror, ill get a pic of switch position in a bit, thanks
