Weird problem with AC/heater system.

In short, no air blowing out on low settings (1 and 2). High settings (3 and 4) work just fine.
Please help.

The motor is finished. (It need's more juice to get spinning on the higher settings, eventually it will stop working completely)

I had the same problem sorta. Except all settings crapped out for me. Turned out I needed a new blower (under the dash behind glove box) to get the air coming out according to the knob setting and a new A/C compressor to fix the A/C and get it cold.
