weird problem with my speedo????

I doubt anyone can answer this question but I'm going to try anyways. When I'm on the HWY/interstate and I have the cruise control on but not active everything is fine. But when I push the button and turn it off the speedo starts to jump all over the place. Anywhere from 40 to 80 mph the needle will just bounce randomly. If someone wants to host a video I can take on quick and you can see whats happening...

i know that when i removed my cruise control there was a vacum line that i removed that made my car rev to the redline.. mayb be some kind of leak? thats just a guess... the video probably wont help.. but id like to see whats happening..

its just my luck when I went to take the video I couldnt get the damn car to do it again! ARG this car is really pissing my off!! I might be going on a bit of a road trip later today, I'll take my camera with just in case
