I'm trying to get the most out of my current set up.

I'm powering a single 12" woofer. Idk the exact model but it's from Sony n the Max power is 1200 Watts (idk the rms or the exact model. To lazy to pull it out the box)

1) Right now I'm using a Sony xplod xm-3001sxd to power the single sub. It does the job but it leaves me wanting more. The amp ain't bridgeable do I'm stuck running it off of one channel.

2) also have a Rockfordfosgate p5002. This amp makes the sub sound better but one of the channels r blown so again I can't bridge n I'm forced to run off of 1 channel

3) last night a buddy gave me a legacy la770. He says it's in 100% working condition.

Out of the 3 witch one should I use?

your sub is being underpowered, chances are its has about 600 watts rms and that sony amp is only 300 watts and i bet you its has a single voice coil and is 4ohms.. i would get a dual voice coil sub, no cheap ones because you want more right? get a new sub and use the legacy and maybe get a probox and itll sound nice...

I plan on building a good system once my taxes come in. I'm just trying to get the best out if what I have in hand right now as what I have planned ain't cheap.

Yes the sub I have now is single voice coil at 4ohms. My current set cost all of $100. That's including the head unit, speakers in the doors, speakers in the rear shelf, the amps n the sub.
