i was wondering if anyone knew what i would have to do to make this work in my car (96 civic ex ej8)?

and....is this a good price? i haven't seen very many

^ it wount work here in the US, but you might be able to swap brains from another honda oem gps system to that one and it might work, but dont take my word thats just my guess.
The price is not too bad, the lowest I've seen that selling has been for 450 shipped but that was a while back.

the headunit will work just fine, as will the heater controls. however, the system is in japanese, so u better learn quick. the GPS will not work

it'd be cheaper and easier to do the 99-00 climate control conversion, mount a NICE new screen in there, and then buy an auto pc......

those honda navs dont work here without MAJOR modification.... which renders everything but the screen itself useless

so basically all you're paying for is an old ass screen that's allready mounted... but the screen will have shitty ass resolution

not sure... just some dash fitting i guess... check out the acura site and take a look at the interiors. do realize that u'll be purchasing an acura navi headunit w/ dvd...
