what do i need, to put vtec on my stock d16y7!!!

i got a 99 civic hatch wit a stock d16y7 engine in it, i really wanna go vtec with the Y8 head......im not really all that familiar with swaps or miniswaps or doing these shits at all,i know im going to need a different ecu, wire harness, i think the distrubutor,i already got the y8 manifold on..i would really like some one thats done this before to point me in the right direction...........help me out guys thnks
