switch to obd1.
www.phearable.net

They sell obd1 ecu and harnesses, they also tune the ecu according to the information you give them, which serves as a great base map. Then get it tuned by your local tuner, or you can invest in a chip burner or hondata, and street tune it yourself.

There's no real GOOD way to tune obd2, other than vafc, safc neo, greddy e-manage, which aren't as good as obd1 ecu tuning by crome, etc.

I can also help you out with an ECU and Harness for an OBD2 setup.

IMO it is the easiest way to get a turbo OBD2 car up and running.

When it needs inspected just put in the stock injectors, stock map sensor and the stock OBD2 ecu and it will get through emissions without a problem!

I'm going to buy a chipped OBD1 ecu for my turbo set up. Im running OBD2b (stock 99 ex) quick question, If I buy the conversion harness, is there any wiring that I will need to change? or does the harness make it plug and play?? or what about the greddy e-mang. ecu? is that any good?

obd2 options: fmu, afc hack, greddy, aem

summary: obd2 tuning options SUCK :-D

cadieux-i -- if you don't already have a 2 wire iacv you will have to convert to one. if your car is a manual it has a 2 wire, if you have an automatic 99ex you have a 3 wire.
