not way too overpriced by any means. its a little bit overpriced, by maybe 1 or 2 thousand, but civics retain their values like almost no other car out there, let alone SI's.

That's outrageously priced. I wouldn't pay more than $5k for it, just because of how much I'd have to spend in de-ricing it.
