should i boost now and wait awhile before getting pistons and rods or put in pistons and rods now. im going to take the engine out because im going to get a new clutch and resurface my flywheel and ive been told that its easier to take the engine and tranny out besides just taking one out. if i do decide to put forged internals first then ill have to put off boosting for a couple months due to my job sucking and not giving me hours(plus i still need ic, ic piping, oil lines, and fuel management). ill only be running 5lbs on a t3 untuned and 7tuned, my comp. test was 180 180 175 175 and thats pretty good for a 187k engine. any input is good state why you think one way or another, im leaning towards boost now just because im bored of my slowass car.

built it first, its like build a foundation for a house out of sand and redo the foundation later, but have the house sooner? or make a cement foundation first time around, having to wait a lil longer for your house, but a much more satifised result when your house doesn't get taken under by quicksand,

i see what you mean but its just soo fustrating having no power what so ever. and it will take a long time to get pistons and rods since i only get 100-140$ per check after bills and thats after 2weeks too

If you can hold out it will be worth it. That way you can really crank the boost up. You know you'll want to.=)

true but id rather be boosting 5-7lbs then wait to only boost like 12lbs (or whatever stock sleeves can hold)

You could always have the sleeves changed. It would be better for boosting anyways.
