What does everyone do with their old d16y8 after swaps?

Just wondering because I am going to be looking for a new or remanufactured one to replace my old one. I don't have time to have my car down, and it is my commuter car so I have no need to go bigger or more hp, and I just want to pull the old one out, and put the new(er) one in and be back on the road hopefully in a few hours.

LOL. Well what I plan on doing is buying an engine stand buying a block from a junkyard and slowing build it as I get the money to so I never have to be without my car and I can afford to be patient.
