What heat range plug?

What heat range plug should I run for a B18 LS motor, with a t3/t4 turbo, shooting for 250-300whp? Gonna stick with NGK's, so if anyone knows the plug #, that'd be great too.

take what ever plug you want and generally go 2 steps colder with it. I have heard good things about the NGK plugs (thats what comes stock). I think ngk has a website and will recomend a plug and then you can choose to go colder/hotter with it. Then you can take that part number and go to auto zone or wherever

NGK V power BKR7E (2 steps colder, standard is BKR5E). Its what I and every other turbo/built honda guy I know runs.
