What is the inside of the door panels made out of on a 98 civic?

I is plastic or fiberglass?

My door panels inside is all cracked from being so old and having been taken apart so many times I guess. I figured if it is fiberglass, I could probably do it my self, and lay some fiberglass cloth and call it a day.

If it is plastic, does anyone know how to fix it?

Do you happen to know what type of plastic it it? or any specific glue you recommend?

May just be easier to get one from a junk yard.
I have looked at junkyards, but haven't found a set of panels that are in better condition than mine.

i know very little about fiberglass work but it looks simple enough to do from the youtube videos i have seen. the problem usually is 96-00 are rare to find in a junkyard and when you do they usually are stripped of all the good s**t or someone has broken what you needed to get to what they needed.
