it was optional on all 92-95 hatchs it called "optional audio console"

It's an entertaniment console (not audio). It was optional on all 5 gens, not justy hatch. My bro's EX had one but it was beat up so we put the other one in & put a Monster tack in the place of the cup holders.

Btw, the cupholder aren't worth a damn anyway. They dont hold s**t, maybe a 12oz can soda thats about it

And the cup holders are super weak. I've never seen a set of cup holders other than mine that arn't broken.

yeah the cup holders squeak alot, you can still get the console from the honda dealer, i have one.
