What is this strip called?

Hey guys ever since I've had my civic there's been a piece of plastic that's been disintegrating and getting my driver side window dirty. It just happens to stick when its really hot, but when its cool outside it doesn't stick and I have to clean it every now and then.

Does anybody know what that piece of plastic is called so I can order it and how would I go about replacing it?

My window does but that strip is coming apart that's why it's smearing the window

Yea I thought that at first then I found out it was inside the window.

What I hope never happens to me is that a bird never shits on my car with the sunroof down, I'd get extremely mad.
