What kind of alarm can I get?

I'm looking for an alarm before I do anything to my car. My budget is 300-350 and it must be Viper, just a good alarm. I'm not looking into nothing fancy like remote start. All I really want the alarm, maybe trunk release, and maybe tilt sensor. Any ideas would be appreciated..thanks!
