What Kind OF Speakers? 98 Civic HB

man ppls.. i soo need help finding what kind of speakers to get... i went down to the down and eyed a pair of pioneer speakers... loVEd it... but the thing is... i DOnt know whats the Size and stuff for my HB!! and i dont have time to open up my doors to check it out... so if sumone has a 98 Civic DX HB, please tell me what kind of speakers to geT please

crutchfield is a god-send for audio noobs. if you buy stuff from them, they include all the harnesses and stuff you'll need

what r good speakers cause i want to get just the speakers.. i have a Sony Xplode stereo.. i want some bass and stuff... let me know ppl. oh and i also have a HB 98

Sony explod speakers are fine.. if you wnat bass you need a subwoofer though.

hey man thx for all the help, i got myself Pioneer speaker.... a pair of 6 x 9 300 watts (TS0a6971R) and 6 1/2 260 watts (TS-A1681R).. they bust out pretty good bass... but i have a problem with installing my head unit tho... it leave a spot next to the head unit.... (u know.. the place where i put the head unit.. its weird) i think its got to do with the frame? weird... what can i do about that?

umm get a plastic cutout for it...... have it professionally installed.

you mean the small pc to the left of the head unit? do you have a 96+? if so, you can buy a mounting kit made your car that will fill in that spot. check out the baffles from crutchfield... they're an awesome upgrade for the money. makes a noticeable diff.
