what oil do you use?

hey well its time for me to change my oil again
i wanted to know what brand you guys use
also the oil filter and fuel injector cleaner

i use castrol synthetic 5w-30
bosch oil filter
and lucas fuel injector cleaner

should i change anything??

hmm right now i use castrol gtx 5w30... im thinkin about switching to synthetic.. ppl say its better.. what do i have to do to switch? someone said that i had to drain and clean my whole oil pan this and that :/ what really needs to be done?!?!

i use mobil 1 synthetic they use that for the porsche's,corevettes and vipers it's good enough for my little 4 banger
