What rims to put on stock tires

So I have a 1999 Honda civic ex with stock wheels which are 185/65/14 and I am trying to get new rims for it but I'm not sure if i have to get the same exact size or can I go a bit bigger. And anyone know any good places to get some new rims.

search craigslist, you can find people selling rims with a set of tires already, 14s are mighty small

yeah, ive been looking hard to find 14. Sucks cause the car just got new tires about 2 months ago.
