i have a 95 honda civic ex with light mods can i slap a turbo right on or should i build up the lower and upper part of my d16 ?

As long as you dont run crazy boost you can turbo it the way it is, The most you could run is 8psi, but I dont know what your car is like, even at 5psi it would be noticably faster, and alot of fun to drive. Good luck!!!!!!!!
