what should i get?

i have a check comeing soon, but i dont know what to do with it. my boss is selling his system, 2 12" sony explod subs, 1200w 2ch amp and a panasonic head unit, i think its an 8100u. but i also want a header, i was looking at the jackson racing 4-2-1 race header. i dont know witch to get, the header is going to set off the engine light also. what are some other peoples oppinions? i supose i could to the responsable thing and pay some of my credit card bills . oh i forgot the header and system are the same price $600

but if i had to chose between the other two id get the header, but id go with the 4-1
