ok so i relocated my battery to the trunk, well i also have my 6 cd changer back there. well i wasnt done the battery thing yet so the box wasnt secured. i went around a turn and it fell over, my cd player imediatly stopped and the screen read EEEEEEE all the way asross. the mounting srcews were corroded somhow. i guess the power touched one of the mounting brackets and blew the unit. im not really sure. i think i have to buy a new one. but i really have no idea why it doesnt work.
