i imagine you run synthetic oil at this point... that will help er last...
also consider flushing your coolant system and totally replacing your trans fluid.
Rust and little cruddy particles built up, and thats no good.
Your supposed to to it around every 3 years anyway, and im betting your car is used and the previous owner didnt give a crap abvout that... most dont.. get a tune up and maybe change some hoses and belts if you need it.. youll be doing good.. hell its a honda, see ya at 200K

open up your owners manual. it will tell you what is recommended to be changed or replace. try seafoam, theres a lot people trying it out and there been nothing but good results and good comments. im going to try it this weekend.

Dist cap, rotor, spark plugs, oem wires, air filter, fuel filter, pcv valve, all radiator hoses, Throttle body cleaner, run a fuel injection cleaner like mentioned above, and then you should look into the timing belt procedure like mentioned above.

Thats just to name some of the stuff I remember.

Forgot to mention, power steering belt, a/c belt, alt belt, and maybe brake fluid but thats up to you. The other thing that got me when I hit 100k+ was the clutch showing signs of slipping but that may be different for you.
