whats a good price on used fat fives?

came across a set locally and the guy wants $200 OBO on the set w/o tires..no bends, cracks, or major scuffs..would offering $150 be a slap in the face or would $175 be reasonable?..just wanting to get the 14's and hubcaps off and i like the look of the fat fives..thanks
